Our stainless exhaust systems are available at the factory in Köping and at a large number of dealers worldwide. If the dealer does not have our stainless exhaust systems in stock/shop, they can take it home to order. Assembly takes place with us, some dealers and at service workshops.

Payment options

For private individuals and deliveries within Sweden, the following applies:
Cash on delivery, when ordering by phone.
Invoice, account, partial payment, card and internet banking.

Pay with Klarna

We have a partnership with Klarna for payment at checkout. It’s an easy and safe way to get the things you want when you want them.

Pay later

Pay within 14 days. Try the items in peace and quiet at home and decide what you want to keep. No interest or fees when you pay on time.

Pay directly

– Card or bank account

With a card or account, you can pay for your purchases quickly, securely and easily in three different ways. You can connect both your cards and bank accounts to Klarna
when you have to pay something for the first time, or do it in advance via our app using BankID. Klarna remembers your details so that you can
shop and pay even more smoothly next time.

– Bank transfer

Pay with your bank account and approve the purchase with BankID. The money is withdrawn directly without any registration with us.

– Deducted from bank account

The money is withdrawn from your connected account within two banking days after the order has been processed/sent.

– Card

Pay with any card. The money is reserved directly on the card in connection with the purchase.

Divide

– Installment plan

Pay according to a plan, so that the purchase is fully paid after, for example, 12 months. If you want to pay more a month, that’s fine and you can at any time pay the remaining debt.

– Flexible installments

Pay a minimum amount each month. You choose whether you want to pay the minimum amount or any amount above the minimum amount.

Returns / Exchanges / Right of withdrawal

At Ferrita, you can always exchange or return your products no later than 14 days after collection of the delivery with a full refund according to the Distance Contracts Act. This is so that you can inspect the product after delivery and ensure that it meets your expectations. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. If you want to exchange or return products, they must be unused and in their original packaging. The product must therefore be returned in essentially unchanged condition.

Deliveries

Articles in the web shop are presented with stock status indicated by colors. Green = in stock. Yellow = out of stock, but under production, delivery time is indicated by year/week/day. Red = just out of stock, contact Ferrita for delivery time.

We deliver with DHL. Delivery time 2 days if you state your mobile number for SMS notification. Normally, the goods are delivered the same day, when orders are received before 12.00. Average shipping time within Sweden is 1-2 days. Shipping costs are added to stated prices.

According to the rules of the transport industry, delivery takes place EX Works, i.e. no insurance is included, the buyer bears the risk during the entire transport. If insurance is desired, this is taken out by the recipient.

Warranty

Ferrita provides a lifetime warranty on every Ferrita manufactured exhaust system for passenger cars, it is valid as long as the buyer owns the product/car. The warranty does not include flexible, suspension and mounting parts. A written guarantee is included with each system, it is personal and non-transferable. On sports systems, the sound level changes and Ferrita disclaims any claims regarding this. No warranty is given on universal parts and catalytic converters. Deviations may occur on directly imported cars, whereby Ferrita waives the fit guarantee on systems for these vehicles.
