Ferrita provides a lifetime warranty on each system, which is valid as long as the buyer owns the product/car. The warranty does not include flexible, suspension and mounting parts. A written guarantee is included with each system, it is personal and non-transferable.
On sports systems, the sound level changes and Ferrita disclaims any claims regarding this. No warranty is given on universal parts and catalytic converters. No warranty applies if the car is tuned or in connection with racing. Deviations may occur on directly imported cars, whereby Ferrita waives the fit guarantee on systems for these vehicles.
In the event of a complaint, photos of the incorrect detail must be attached, as well as the warranty card. We urge you not to enter any personal data other than the field that is mandatory in the text field below, as we strive to comply with the GDPR.
